Most artworks are available in square, vertical, or horizontal orientation to suit your space perfectly
Our superior framed canvas prints feature a 38mm stretched canvas depth.
The thin frame sits approximately 5mm from the edge of the canvas helping to create a floating border.
Our canvas prints are made to order and take approximately 7-10 working days to print and frame.
Our prints are carefully packaged in rigid, double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes ensuring maximum protection and that you print arrives in pristine condition.

In the very rare event that your artwork doesn't arrive in perfect condition, I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for your peace of mind.
Contact me within 24hrs with photographs of the damage / quality issue and packaging and I will arrange for a replacement for you.
RETURNS POLICY
Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at info@havenprints.com.au to initiate a return. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior request won't be accepted.
We don't accept returns for change of mind or sale items. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 24hrs with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement for you.
Custom products and special orders are non-returnable. We don't accept exchanges for change of mind or wrong item choice. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

FRAME OPTIONS
Professional Framed Canvas
Each piece arrives at your doorstep fully framed and ready to hang. We use a floating frame that creates space between the canvas and the edge. The frame adds an extra 5cm to the overall height and width.
Stretched Canvas Ready to Hang
Your artwork arrives stretched and ready to hang, with a wire installed on the back for easy mounting. The canvas wraps neatly around the timber stretcher frame for a clean, modern look that brings a subtle sense of depth to your wall.
Rolled Canvas
Your artwork will arrive carefully rolled and securely packaged in a protective tube, ready for framing.
Unframed canvas prints include a 6cm mirrored border around the artwork to allow for the canvas to be stretched and framed.
