IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

• We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
• A physical street address must be provided for delivery
• Please ensure the delivery address includes a building number and street name

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All orders will be shipped within 14 business days after receiving payment and/or approved artwork if personalised.

ABOUT DELIVERY

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon successful payment. Our goal is to ship your order as soon as it is available.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with:

• Tracking number
• Courier partner details

Your estimated delivery timeframe is calculated based on the distance from our warehouse to your delivery address. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address to avoid any delays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are sent via registered post with tracking capabilities. You'll receive your tracking code via email once your prints have been packaged and are ready for dispatch. This allows you to monitor your delivery's progress right to your door.

PACKAGING

We take exceptional care in protecting your artwork during transit. All prints are securely packaged in rigid, double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes with additional protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
